I receive regular emails from my server saying " Subject : [rkhunter] Warnings found for Body : Please inspect this machine, because it may be infected. " I logged into my server as root via SSH and followed your instructions but could not get any commands to work. It simply says "command not found". I presume this is due to the fact that I am not running the command in the right place, I am just running it from the root.
